In the north of Iran (the southern coast of the Caspian Sea), there is a semi-autonomous Armenian City named “Haykashen” (means built by Hayk, legendary forefather of Armenians). As you know the the judicial system of Iran is based on Islamic Law but these laws (such as hijab and other issues) have been stopped at the gates of Haykashen. a non-Islamic court has been also established in this City. The police force is also from Iranian Armenians and Iranian muslims can not enter this City.
